Dr. Abdulaziz Jazzar
Dr. Jazzar left the Royal Saudi Air Force in 1993 as a Colonel to become a partner and the CEO of International Systems Engineering Ltd (ISE). ISE is a company formed in partnership with the Boeing Company to develop and maintain strategic software such as command and control and AWACS. In 2001 he sold his shares and created Malaz Group as an investment company with focus on the ICT sector. As a serial entrepreneur, he was a founder and investor in many regional and international companies. This included CompuMe the first Mega store in MENA, CIT a Canadian software services company with back offices in Cairo, and Softnet one of the early ERP implementation companies in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Jazzar was an active participant in developing the Knowledge eco system in KSA through his efforts with many NGOs. He served as the chairman of the Saudi computer society, a member of the board directors of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Chairman of Riyadh Economic Forum.
Fehr Nazer
With a BA degree in Organizational Studies focused on General Management from Pitzer College, California, USA, Mr. Fehr Nazer is currently the Provider Relations Director of Bupa Arabia. Heading this major business function, he is involved in building up Bupa’s healthcare providers’ network throughout Saudi Arabia as well as outside the Kingdom, ensuring Bupa customers receive world-class medical care whenever and wherever it is needed.
He joined Bupa in 2003 as Provider Relations Regional Manager, overseeing the build-up of Bupa’s network in the Western and Eastern Regions. It is during his 2-year stint in this area where Fehr established connection with the leading healthcare providers in Saudi Arabia, providing him with the necessary experience for his current role.
In October 2005, Mr. Fehr Nazer was promoted to Intermediaries Sales Manager, building the Bupa’s brokers distribution network. His 4-year sales experience provided him with a customer’s dimension on the importance of maintaining a comprehensive network of healthcare providers.
Mr. Fehr worked previously as a credit analyst at Banque Saudi Fransi and as a researcher for a US-based internet company, PriceGrabber.com.
Ahmad Al-Sari
Mr. Ahmad Al-Sari is an Executive Partner of Malaz Capital. His career, over the past forty two years, parallels the history of information technology development in Saudi Arabia. He started as a computer programmer in 1970 at the Information Technology Center (ITC) of King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and became ITC Director in 1976.
In 1979, Mr. Ahmad Al-Sari co-founded Al-Khaleej/Al-Falak Group which is now a leading, diversified information technology group offering IT products and services in the Arabian Gulf region and Egypt and employing over 3500. He co-founded Malaz Group in 2000 which is a venture capital group specializing in information and communication technologies private equity investments worldwide. He co-founded Malaz Capital in 2008 which acquired Capital Market Authority license to raise and manage venture capital funds in 2010.
He is a member of the board of directors of Al-Khaleej Al-Falak Group, Al-Khaleej Training & Education, IAIC Salama Insurance, Malaz Capital and a number of its portfolio companies. He is a former Board member of Banque Saudi Fransi and Chairman of its Audit Committee.
He serves on the board of trustees and board of directors of the Centennial Fund, an NGO dedicated to supporting young entrepreneurs and has served as a member of the Organizing Committee of the Riyadh Economic Forum and a member of the Information & Communication Technologies Committee of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is a Middle East Mentor of Techwadi. He is also a board member and the Vice President, Middle East & Aftrica of the Chief Executive Organization which is based in Bethesda, Maryland, USA, and is a member of the World Presidents Organization.
Mr. Ahmad Al-Sari is a 1970 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B. Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
Al Waleed Al Dryaan
Mr. Al-Waleed Al-Dryaan has over 18 years of experience in the training and education business.
He holds an M.S. and a B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin, USA.
He is currently the CEO of Al-Khaleej Training & Education which has over 80 training centers and owns a number of international master franchise rights in the Middle East such as New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Direct English, Crestcom, Online Trading Academy. etc.
He holds a board seat in numerous training companies in Saudi Arabia, Gulf States and United States of America.

Expertise include an extensive track record in strategy development and sustainable long term planning, technology development and commercialization, manufacturing and localization, policy development, and sector and business transformation. The following national accomplishments were realized:
- Led the establishment of the KSA Renewable Energy sector
- Led the development of the National 2020 Industrial Strategy
- Headed the National Long Term Science and Technology Plan (2000 – 2005)

Abdulrahman AlRashed
Abdulrahman began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co in the Dubai office, subsequently he worked with J.P. Morgan in the Treasury and Securities Services then the Global Corporate Banking team in Riyadh. After, he joined Arab National Bank as a Credit Officer. He currently sits on the board of several Saudi entities, in addition to his duty as a Managing Partner of his family office.

Mr. Hassan was the Head of Equity Capital Markets at SNB Capital, investment arm of The Saudi National Bank, Head of Investment Banking at Samba Capital the investment arm of Samba Financial Group, and Group Head of the Corporate Finance at Alistithmar Capital investment arm of The Saudi Investment Bank.
